Return Eligibility

We offer returns under the following conditions:

• Non-COD Customers: Eligible for return within 3 days of receiving the product
• COD Customers: Eligible for return within 1 day of receiving the product

Returns are only accepted if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The return request is made within the specified time frame
• The item is in its original condition with packaging and all included accessories

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-designed stamps that match your approved design or artwork
• Used or inked stamps
• Items returned beyond the allowed time window
• Products with signs of misuse, wear, or damage due to customer handling

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with the following details:

• Reason for return (with photo if applicable)

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment type and your preference.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Important Notes

• We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning items.
• Stampure is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.
