• Custom stamps are designed based on the exact information provided by the customer.

3. Custom Orders

• For custom products, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information, text, and artwork submitted are accurate and final.
• We are not responsible for errors once the product has been approved and entered into production.
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after confirmation.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We accept various payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and advance payments where applicable.
• For heavy or high-value items, an advance payment of 5% to 10% of the order value may be required to confirm the order and prevent fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping charges are borne by the customer and vary based on weight and location.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–4 working days.
• Stampure is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events.

6. Return and Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 3 days for non-COD customers and 1 day for COD customers.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Custom-made products are non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrect.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website including logos, images, product designs, and text is the property of Stampure and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
• Our responsibility is limited to the value of the purchased product.

• Stampure reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
